After retiring from careers in teaching and firefighting, Caryn moved to Kentucky and quickly realized that retirement
was not for her. The bourbon world was calling her name.
Today, Caryn uses her skillset to introduce Green River Whiskey to both aficionados and bourbon novices alike. As the
first National Brand Ambassador for Green River Distilling Co., Caryn continues her quest for knowledge and connection
within the industry. Caryn is a member of several bourbon
organizations including the Stave & Thief Society,
Bourbon Women and the
Owensboro Bourbon Society.
