Ned has worked at the same Waterford facility for 20 years, ever since it was a Guinness brewery. Highly experienced across the entirety of the brewing process, for the past five years, since the transition to an independently owned distillery, Ned has overseen the introduction of the pot stills and Waterford’s totally unique Single Farm Origin distillation process. He’s the cask man, managing a portfolio of the finest French and American oak, from the moment they’re filled through to creating each and every assemblage of Waterford Irish Single Malt Whisky.
