· 45 ml / 1 ½ oz Grapefruit juice
· 30 ml / 1 oz Orgeat
· 4 dashes blackstrap bitters
Method
Shake w/ ice
Empty into Collins glass
· 30 ml / 1 oz Amaro di Angostura
Float over top
Grapefruit swath fashioned into shark
